1. About these terms

This website and these services are operated by Build My AI Freedom ("we", "us"), based in India. By using this site, or by engaging us, you accept these terms. If you sign a proposal, statement of work or agreement with us and it says something different, that signed document applies for the work it covers.

2. What we do

We provide performance marketing services, which may include media buying on Meta, Google and YouTube, AI-assisted creative production, funnel design and conversion optimisation, lead automation over WhatsApp, and analytics and reporting. The exact scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for your engagement are set out in a separate written proposal — not on this website.

3. The free audit

We offer a free audit of your funnel and advertising. It carries no fee and no obligation on either side. It is based on the information you give us and on what we can see at the time, it is an opinion rather than a guarantee, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice.

4. What we need from you

• timely access to the advertising accounts, assets, brand materials and approvals we need
• accurate information about your business, offers, margins and past performance
• your own funding for advertising spend, paid directly to the platforms
• offers and claims that are lawful and that comply with Meta, Google and Indian advertising rules
• the right to use any customer data you ask us to work with, including the consents the law requires

If we're delayed or blocked because of missing access, approvals or information, timelines move accordingly.

5. Advertising spend

Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms. We do not hold your ad spend and we cannot refund it. Once a platform has spent it, recovering it is a matter between you and that platform under its own terms.

Fees, payment schedule and invoicing terms are set out in your proposal. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Who owns what we build

The deliverables we create for you — funnels, landing pages, creative, automations, dashboards — are yours once the fees due for them are paid, and wherever practical we build them inside your own accounts. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates and internal tooling, and of anything we develop generally rather than specifically for you. We may describe the work and show anonymised results in our portfolio unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This continues after the engagement ends.

10. Platforms we don't control

We don't control Meta, Google, WhatsApp or any other platform. Ad disapprovals, account restrictions or suspensions, policy changes, pricing changes, outages and algorithm changes can all affect results and are not within our control. We are not liable for them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business opportunity or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending an engagement

Either of us may end an engagement by giving 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already delivered remain payable. Fees paid in advance for work not yet delivered are handled under the Refund Policy. Either of us may end the engagement immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn't fix it within 15 days of being told.

13. Using this website

The content, design and copy on this site belong to us. Please don't copy, republish or scrape it for commercial use without our permission. The site is provided "as is" — we work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date. Material changes to an active engagement will be agreed with you rather than posted silently.
