What we collect, why we collect it, who else can see it, and how to get it deleted.

Build My AI Freedom ("we", "us", "our") operates buildmyaifreedom.com and provides AI-powered performance marketing services from India. For any privacy question or request, email support@buildmyaifreedom.com.
This policy covers this website and the enquiries we receive through it. If you become a client, the work we do for you is also governed by the separate agreement we sign with you — where that agreement says something different about confidentiality or data handling, the agreement applies to that work.
Our enquiry form asks for four things: your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, and your reason for connecting. Nothing on this site asks for payment card details, identity documents or passwords. If a page claiming to be ours ever asks you for those, it is not us — please tell us.
When you submit the form, these are stored with it so we know where the enquiry came from:
Clicking a WhatsApp button on this site opens a chat with us. Your phone number, profile name and messages then become visible to us, and WhatsApp handles that conversation under Meta's own privacy policy, not ours.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no session recording, and stores nothing in your browser. There are no user accounts and no logins. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not upload enquiry details into advertising platforms to build audiences.
We use a small number of service providers. Each one only receives what it needs:

Beyond these, we share your information only if the law requires it, or if we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
We keep enquiries for as long as we're in contact with you, and afterwards as part of our business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will remove them from our records, unless we are required to keep something for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

Enquiries land in a private spreadsheet that only the founders' Google account can open, and this site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive personal information — identity numbers, bank details, passwords — through our enquiry form or WhatsApp.
Google and GitHub operate globally, so your information may be stored or processed on servers outside India under those providers' own safeguards.
Our services are sold to businesses and this site is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
If this changes we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If we ever start using analytics or advertising pixels, we'll update this page and the Cookie Policy before turning them on.

This policy describes the site exactly as it stands on 2 October 2026: four form fields, no cookies, no analytics, four service providers. We'd rather keep it specific and true than long and vague.
