Refund Policy

Pro-rata refund of unused fees

If you end an engagement part-way through a period you have already paid for, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. We calculate it from the date we receive your written cancellation to the end of the period you've paid for. Work that is completed or substantially in progress up to that date remains payable and is not part of the refund.

Advertising spend

Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms — we never hold it. Once a platform has spent it, it cannot be recovered by us. Any refund of platform spend is governed by Meta's or Google's own terms and is a matter between you and them.

The 60-day profitability target

We work to a 60-day profitability target, and we're specific about what happens if we don't hit it: there is no cash refund tied to that target. Instead, you keep every asset we've built for you — funnels, landing pages, creative, automations and dashboards — deployed in your own accounts and owned by your team, no questions asked. This is the same commitment stated in our FAQ.

Third-party costs

Software subscriptions, tools, stock media, domains and hosting bought on your behalf and already paid to the vendor are not refundable, because we can't recover them either. We'll always tell you before committing you to a third-party cost.

How to request a refund

• Email support@buildmyaifreedom.com from the address connected to your engagement.
• Include your business name, the invoice or payment in question, and the date you're cancelling from.
• We'll acknowledge within 3 business days and send you the pro-rata calculation for confirmation.
• Once agreed, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Where a payment processor doesn't return its own transaction charge on a refund, that charge is deducted from the amount returned. We'll show it on the calculation rather than spring it on you.

Before raising a chargeback

Please talk to us first. A chargeback freezes the conversation and takes weeks; an email to support@buildmyaifreedom.com usually resolves it in days.

Changes to this policy

The current version always lives on this page with its date. The policy that applies to your engagement is the one in force when you paid.
